BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

You may book, with your therapist,  online http://tcd.simplybook.me or call the office, Monday, Wednesday or Friday 8:30-5:30 to schedule, 616-534-2944.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE GIVE US 24 HOUR NOTICE IF UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT.  If you’re not going to make it, please be courteous and let us know as soon as possible. Your therapist has reserved this time especially for you and last minute cancellations or no-shows can result in loss of income for them. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept credit/debit cards,  cash and some insurance benefits.

 

CHECKING IN AND OUT

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows ample time for each guest to check in, use the rest room, and begin to unwind. We strive to keep appointments on schedule so if you arrive late and the room or therapist is booked after your session, your session may have to be shortened.

 

When your therapeutic massage is completed, you may rebook and receive a $10 discount, if you REBOOK and PREPAY your therapist.  

 

There will be a bottle of water waiting for you at the desk, as it is important to stay hydrated after a massage.

 

Please pay your therapist directly. Gratuities for your therapist may be added to your charge card or may be left in a tip envelope, available at the front desk.

MODESTY

Our therapists are trained in the “art of draping.” You will remain covered, only the part of the body being worked on is exposed.

Please understand that our therapists are a very professional establishment and we require that clients remain covered, polite and respectful towards our massage therapists at all times. We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone who abuses our policies.

COMMUNICATION

Your treatment, time and body are yours, and we want you to thoroughly enjoy your experience. Please be sure to communicate preferences to your therapist – the amount of pressure and whether you want conversation or silence. If you don’t tell your therapist, she will not know if you’re uncomfortable.

Please let your provider or staff member know immediately if you are uncomfortable for any reason. Our goal is for your experience to be positive, and corrections can only be made if we are made aware of a problem at the time of service.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are not included in our prices but are gladly accepted. Calculate the amount of your tip as you would in a restaurant – between 15-20%, but you may, of course, leave more or less, depending on the quality of the service. If leaving a cash tip, it’s more convenient to leave it in an envelope provided at the desk when you leave

 

CELL PHONES

Massage should be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience, we request that cell phones and pagers be turned off or put on mute before your massage.

SHHHHHH…SPA VOICE PLEASE!

Although we try to disguise outside interference with therapeutic music,  loud voices and noises do filter through. We ask that you please be mindful of others during treatments, and try to keep voices at a low volume.
